A twist on the Belgian/French Saison style, a beer brewed in the winter to entertain the farm labourers thirst during the summer months. A combination of pale/wheat/rye malts in the mash were followed by traditional German hop varieties in the hop back. We then fermented the beer with the definitive Belgian Saison yeast strain. Delicately spicy, with a fruity aroma and dry finish; contemporary dry hopping including Mandarina Bavaria & Huel Melon lend a theatrical modern flourish to this classic European style.
